Got A New Phone Wont Activate Costumer Service Told Me I Was In Good Service Are

got a new samsung galaxy prevail through boost mobile. called to activate it wouldnt. costumer service told me i was in good service area no towers down and had no explaniation. so now new phone with no service. what can i do to fix this one.

Take it back to the store you bought it from & let them either fix it or replace it.
