Htc Evo No Service Bar

I was late on my payment for a week or two; I paid for it on the 12/17/12 around 6pm. I wait for so many hour to see if I get any service signal but there is not. I can't make a call but I have wi-fi signal. I call the costume care and try helping but still I didn't get no service anyone know what might be the problem???
