Phone Went Black

My boost phone went black and I cant turn it on. I removed the battery and put it back,still wont do anything.

Hi,
Welcome to Helpowl. Problem that you have is caused by a hardware failure of the phone. Common work around is to power cycle the device and see if it will work. If not then you can Contact Boost Mobile costumer service about this issue at: 1-866-402-7366. If you have insurance on your phone, you should be able to receive a replacement.
