I Have Poor To No Service, And No Service Rep To Talk To! Why????

That....I can't answer.

What I can answer is you should be able to call 1-866-402-7366 and talk to a rep 24 hours a day.

And you can go to this web address and check their coverage map to see if the area you lose coverage in is withing their coverage areas.  They do NOT cover the entire continental US so you need to know where the coverage is and where it is not. http://www.boostmobile.com/coverage/
