If this just happen, it could be possible boost mobile is doing upgrade service in your area, but if it is a continous process you have to visit a boost mobile outlet with your phone or contact boost mobile online by visiting and filling out the form and submit: https://www.boostmobile.com/support/contact-customer-service/
