They Are Not Honoring My Warranty What Do I Do?

I bought a hydro on 6-2-13 and hasnt worked since.it freezes,screen goes black,calls drop,and it goes on.now after reading what problems people have had with this phone i want it replaced with a zte warp.i have had it.i am not going through the manufacture again,i paid my first month warranty on the 2nd why doesnt it show and have a phone i paid $55 for my card and they slowed down my data and it's to be unlimited.I WANT A ZTE WARP REPLACEMENT NOW
