Ice Maker!

My ice maker has never made alot of ice and have attempted to go thru Rep for Bosch for Lowes.  We were away from home for 5 hours and it made only ONE serving of ice.  This has been problem since I have owned it.  Please help so we can make ICE cold drinks.
