Hello,Every other time when we running washing machine we have a message '' check pamp''Please help!

I would suggest that this message is possibly incorrect.

The manual shows only two "Check..." messages, "Check Door" and "Check Water Tap". Manual is available here: Manual

The logic board may be bad, or this may be a more advanced message that requires a serviceman to check. If there is nothing else wrong you "might" be safe to ignore it, otherwise have a qualified service tech check the machine.

it means the reciprocating pump has a problem,but usually such pump used to be blocked when the machine is too old so you need get the mechanic to take out the pump and blow it.
