There are a few reasons why the power light indicator on your Bose A20 aviation headset might keep blinking.

The headset is not properly turned on. Make sure that the power button is fully pressed in and that the headset is turned on.

The headset is not properly connected to the aircraft power source. Make sure that the headset cable is securely plugged into the aircraft power outlet.

The headset is in standby mode. The headset will go into standby mode after 30 minutes of inactivity. To wake the headset up, simply press any button on the headset.

The headset is in pairing mode. When the headset is in pairing mode, the power light indicator will blink rapidly. To put the headset in pairing mode, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

The headset is in a low-power state. When the headset is in a low-power state, the power light indicator will blink slowly. To charge the headset, plug the micro-USB cable into the charging port on the headset and connect the other end of the cable to a power source.

If you have tried all of the above and the power light indicator is still blinking, then the headset may be defective. In this case, you will need to contact Bose customer support for further assistance.

Here are some additional troubleshooting tips:

Try restarting the headset. To do this, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

Check the headset cable for any damage. If the cable is damaged, it will need to be replaced.

Try connecting the headset to a different aircraft power source. If the headset works with a different power source, then the problem is likely with the aircraft power outlet.

Reset the headset to factory defaults. To do this, press and hold the phone button and the volume down button for 10 seconds.

If you have tried all of the above and the headset is still not working, then the headset may need to be repaired. In this case, you will need to contact Bose customer support for further assistance.
