Make sure the transmitters are both connected to the same channel. Each Bose S1 Pro Plus speaker has two channels, and the transmitters need to be connected to the same channel on both speakers in order to work together. To connect a transmitter to a channel, press and hold the pairing button on the transmitter until the LED flashes blue. Then, press and hold the pairing button on the speaker until the LED flashes blue. The transmitter should now be connected to the speaker.
Make sure the transmitters are within range of the speakers. The transmitters have a range of about 30 feet (10 meters). If the transmitters are too far away from the speakers, they may not be able to communicate with each other.
Make sure the transmitters are fully charged. The transmitters have a battery life of about 6 hours. If the transmitters are not fully charged, they may not be able to connect to the speakers.
Try resetting the transmitters. To reset a transmitter, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. The LED should turn off. Then, try powering on the transmitter again.
Try resetting the speakers. To reset a speaker, unplug it from power and then plug it back in.
If you have tried all of these things and you are still having problems, you may need to contact Bose customer support for further assistance.
