Is there an instructional video to assemble the pulley system? For the PR3000?

The Bowflex PR3000 home gym uses a pulley system for its resistance. Here are the steps to use the pulley system on the Bowflex PR3000:
  1. Adjust the cable position: Before starting your workout, adjust the cables to the desired position for the exercise you want to perform. You can adjust the cables to the high or low pulleys by pulling out the pop pin and placing it in the desired position.
  2. Attach the handles or attachments: Choose the handle or attachment you want to use for your exercise and attach it to the cable. There are several attachments included with the PR3000, including a lat bar, squat bar, and hand grips.
