I Got A Message: Print Unable 71

I got a message on my printer screen: print unable 71. How do I fix that? printer is less than 2 months old. Thanks

laser scanner error. About the only thing you can do is turn the machine off and on again. If it still fails and its under warranty then try the Brother service locator on their site. If your reading this and your machine is out of warranty then you probably need to contact a service provider. This part is buried in the machine and is probably one of the hardest parts to replace,
