Red Eye Sight For The 78-8840 Cassegrain Telescope

I chose the telescope for a service award from work. I am a novice in every sense of the word when it comes to telescopes. The manual I received is not very explicite on the workings of the red eye scope. In fact, I can't find anything explaining how it's set up and how to use it. I have only sifted through the manual but can't seem to find the answers. There is not even a part number I can search on it. So, can anyone help? Thanks Anxious to get started,
