Deleting Portions Of Camcorder Recorded Video Before Finalizing Disc.

ON LP MODE, I HAVE RECORDED VIDEO OF TWO OF MY FISHING TRIPS. IN PLAYING THE VIDEO THAT HAS BEEN RECORDED, i FIND THAT PORTIONS OF THE VIDEO ONLY HAVE SOUND BUT NOT PICTURE, BECAUSE i HAD THE FRONT LENS IN A CLOSED POSITION. I WOULD LIKE TO DELETE THESE PORTIONS OF THE RECORDING BEFORE I FINALIZE THE DISC. IN SIMPLE ABC INSTRUCTIONS, HOW CAN I DO THIS? THANKS FOR YOU HELP.....
