Problem While Switching On The Printer.

My canon MF4350d when switched on by pressing the side bottom switch,the LEDs on the panel lit up for a second and everything goes off.Only by disconnecting the power cable and then re connecting the process will repeat,Cannot power on the machine.

Most likely is a problem with your printer cartridges. Either they are out, or defective.

Even if the levels state that they are not empty, do not always believe them. They have a very large error ratio.

If you need new cartridges, I get mine from http://www.oinkinkstore.com or from my local Staples if I need them in a rush.
