Black Colour

i have canon mp 760 the problem is a black colour. i just changed 6 bk and 3e bk .but it's not working. all colours is ok, printing out wery good, but black is missing. why it is like that? please help me. thank you.

If you have both ink tanks properly installed, with ink in both, you should be able to print back as well as color. You'll find instalation guidance here. The only other possibility is that the ink tank or computer is defective or in need of repair.
