Scanning Problem
I put a document on the scanner, choose scan, and nothing happens. I have all combinations of options.

The most common mistake of printer users are not installing the driver software. Printers are not plug and play devices just like monitors, mice, keyboards, etc. These devices require the latest driver software to work propelry. You can download the driver software here:
Install the software and restart your computer system.
