Go here http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp499?selectedName=DriversAndSoftware and your operating system should be auto-detected with two downloads recommendations (MP Navigator EX Ver... & the MP495 series MP Driver Ver...) - Select your operating system version manually in case it is not detected automatically.
