I Have Put In A New Black Ink And It Will Not Print. Have Taken Out The Cartridg

Possibly you installed the new cartridge incorrectly. A common error is failure to remove the tape on its outside. Go to this Canon page and link to the article listed first, for exhaustive instructions. Otherwise it's possible your cartridge was defective, in which case you should be able to obtain a replacement from the seller or the manufacturer.
