In Setting Up A New Pixma Mx512, How Do I Close All Applications?

Before inserting the CD for set-up I hit print by mistake. How can I now close

Hello na3dia,

The easiest way to remove the CD, if you have not already done so, close any open windows, and reboot your computer. This will clear the print queue and completely shut down all running apps.

Once computer restarts the system will only open start up programs. Then you can insert the CD to install/set-up the printer on your computer/laptop, following instructions on the CD.
