How Do I Delete Multiple Pictures Through The Camera (not Just One At A Time)?

I know how to delete individual pictures but was wondering if there is a way to delete more than one at a time using the camera only. I don't have access to a computer often.

No... and yes. There is no :Official" way to delete more than one picture at a time, aside from erasing everything all at once.

However, there is a way around this deleting one at a time or all at once function. As explained in the Owner's manual for your device, page 116 & 117.

This involves using "Protect" on the pictures you want to keep and choosing the "Erase All" function. The protected pictures will remain, but everything not protected will be erased
