Dm101 Soundbase Problem

Hello, after about 4 years my Canton DM101 soundbase suddenly stopped working properly.At first, the left channel was lower than the right one, so a power amplifier failure was suspected.But today all internal speakers are involved. Sometimes only the woofers at the bottom seem to work, other times a tweeter "switched on" and then off on itself.... and so on.So the issue does not seem the PA stages anymore, but probably it is in the logic board or something else related to the soundbase control.In other hands, it could be definitely a software issue instead of such hardware one.As the DM101 has no hardware keys, is any full reset available from the remote control?I just performed the reset procedure suggested by the user manual, but probably it is nly related to the user parameters, and not a full CPU initialization.Any possible help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
