Who Take Care Of The Card Holders Fraud Problems
Can someone give a straight answer about fraud charges . I have been working with capital one since Nov 5 and cant get anyone to help with this problem . The person has taken my money and i don't seem to be able to do a thing about it. Fraud department keeps saying 48 hours we will fix it and contact you in writing and nothing has happened .
