Pay Capitol One,w/ Az Unempl Issued Debit Crd,tried Onine,cust Ser,phone No Good
Cap one will not accept az unemployment issued debit card, or any debit card to make a payment on there accounts. This seems ridiculous,

You will need to do an electronic fundts transfer to get money from your chekcing account to pay capital one. The paid money comes from the same place as when you use your debit card. You will need to log in through thier online system and add your bank account number and bank routing number (both of which are on any check, or available online).
