How Do I Contact A Region Branch Manager ?
I want to talk to a region branch manger regarding some issues with local branches . I am concerned with some of the difficultly with getting branch rates on line to compare with your on line rates. I think the branches should be helping to get capital one customers the best rate with capital one...online or in the branch !
