The Perineal Cold Packs Are Leaking

hi this is jose dejesus from labor and delivery at riverview medical center in red bank nj,we are having issues with the perineal cold packs. cat 11500-010 . they are leaking for no reason and on the patients is there anything that we can do to return them maybe some are not working properly.?
