My name is Nancy Bohada and I have cruised with you before. At this time I am trying to reach Jorge Moreno crew HSKP due to a family emergency. We need him to call home. Since I do not know how to contact him I would appreciate any help provided. I think he is at one of the cruises leaving from Galveston, TX.

If you need to contact somebody onboard a Carnival Cruise ship, then make sure you know the following things:
1. Ship Name
2. Guest Name (Which you already know)
3. Credit Card (Call will be charged to you)
then, call the number: 1-877-CCLSHIP (1-877-225-7447) – from the U.S or
1-732-335-3284 - from outside the U.S
