Is A Refund Or Credit Possible When You Miss A Cruise Due To Closed Airports

I could not reach ny 12/27/10 cruise out of Miami on the Destiny due to a Northeast blizzard. I tried 5 different airports and flights after my flight was canceled out of JFK and Newark. My wife and I slept on the floor in Newark airport to try and get a flight to Nassau in the next 2 days to meet the ship, All attempts failed due to this blizzard. I did not get the 10% of cost insurance because this cruise was way over budget due to Christmas week. Is a partial refund, coupon, or future cruise discount possible and who exactly do I ask and how. They have not responded to my inquireries so far.
