Nissan Front Hub Warranty Claim
Several years ago, I had both front hubs on my 2013 Nissan Frontier replaced by Baker's Automotive in Andrews, NC. A lifetime warranty was given by Carquest. One of the hubs failed in Florida and I had it replaced. I returned it to Baker, who returned it to your Andrews store. There has apparently been a change of manufacturer on your supply of these parts and the Andrews store therefore refuses to honor its warranty. The second of the replaced hubs is now failing. The possible change of Carquest's recourse to its supplier does not affect the warranty which was given in my transaction and is of no legal concern to me. Could you please direct the Andrews store to honor the warranty on both of my hubs? Bob Hustead
