Not Working

we use this model at our restaurant and have had it unplugged for a couple weeks. We plugged it up and it came on saying "initializing" and now will not do anything else or turn off. Helpnpleas

I see no one answered this question so I'll answer for others with this problem... The batteries have gone flat and they can no longer hold the programming during power cuts. You need to reset the whole machine, change batteries, and program your items again. The programming manual is here:
