Two Of Our Scopes Turn Off Automatically After A Few Seconds.
Two of our scopes turn off automatically after a few seconds. I have tried removing the batter and using only the power from the electric plug but same thing happens.

To those responding. I don't think you understand. There is no time to go to reset screens ro do any adjustments they come on and then shut down, just as the opening screen is coming up. I have removed batteries, changed batteries and there have been no changes.

This issue may be caused by a power-saving feature on the microscope. Check the user manual or contact Celestron customer support to see if there is a way to disable this feature or to extend the time before the scope automatically turns off. Additionally, check the battery level and make sure that the microscope is properly plugged in to a power source.
