Cannot See Through Celestron Powerseeker 70az, Only Black.

We have tried everything in the manual. Cannot figure out why we only see black through the telescope. Would love to get this working for our family to use. Any suggestions?

according to your mannual after setting,nothing is visiable through the eyepiece from my 114EQ.
