Adjusting The Ipd On 25x100 Binoculars

I sent a question to you yesterday but the reply details I picked up did not answer my question.I am a bit frustrated in that I have bought the binoculars and can't use them because I can't adjust them to the width of my eyes because the two parts will not move.If there is a locking procedure ,please let me know what it is .Please reply to me on ' [email protected] Tickne
