I Need The Rebate Address

Could You please send me the address of the rebatey refund center. I forgot to send my bar code alone with my reciept'

You don'y need to mail the barcode in with the receipt.  As long as you sent in the rebate form and the receipt, you should be good.  They stopped requiring the barcodes a few months ago.
