Service down since Saturday and have not been able to reach anyone by phone. Reached someone yesterday after holding 45 minutes and then they hung up! Today Online chat kicked me out after 45 minutes. Been on hold on phone over an hour. I NEED MY PHONE LINE TO WORK. HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEM!

Why is My CenturyLink modem not connecting to the Internet?

If you can't connect, the problem might not be with your Wi-Fi network but with the modem itself. ... Press the button down for 15 seconds, then give the modem 5 minutes to reset itself.
