My Cable Box (explorer 3200)is Not Powering On But It Is Plugged In. Why?
MY CABLE BOX IS PLUGGED IN BUT THERE ARE NO SIGNS THAT IT IS RECEIVING ANY POWER AT ALL. THE CABLE WIRE RUNS FROM THE MODEM MY COMPUTER IS CONNECTED TO (FOR INTERNET) ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE LIVING ROOM WALL TO THE CABLE BOX. I GET NO PICTURE OR SOUND WHEN TV IS ON AND THE BOX IS PLUGGED IN, BUT IF BOX IS UNPLUGGED I IMEDIATELY GET A SNOWY PICTURE AND LOUD STATIC SOUND. WHAT'S GOING ON?
