Channels N/a

all or most of what seems to be primarily HD channels have gone "one moment please" . this has happened in the past 2 hours. was not the case initially this a.m. I live in Mexico Missouri. i tried calling the tech support ph# but was on infinite hold and gave up. when will the issue be resolved?

This isn't something we can answer since HelpOwl isn't associated with Charter. You'll have to just try calling customer service again.
