I Have No Phone Service. Line Busy.

Phone the company at 888-438-2427. (Be sure to obtain a credit for the period in which your service was inaccessible.) If you're saying that *Charter's* line is busy, that will I'm sure have been a temporary glitch, as in my many years with Charter it's always answered promptly -- or perhaps you misdialed. Or you could call an alternate number, 866-472-2200.
