Hotel Cancellation On Cheaptickets.com
On 27.11.13, I made a non-prepaid (free cancellation) hotel booking on CheapTickets.com for 4 rooms on 14.12.13 for Hotel Evergreen Laurel Penang. I would now like to cancel the reservation but am unable to do so because there is no record of this reservation in my account details with CheapTickets. I would appreciate if someone could advise me on how I can confirm if the reservation still stands and how I can cancel it. Thank you for your kind assistance.
