A few years ago our hardware switched from analog to digital. The Analog to Digital Transition was a ruling made by the FCC that we had to comply with and has unfortunately impacted certain vehicles. Without the digital hardware upgrade installed, your analog system will be unable to connect to OnStar. Unfortunately, the 2002 Chevy Tahoe is not eligible for the digital upgrade hardware. I wish I had better news to share.
