I Just Bought A 2003 S10 4cl .has No Power.how Adjust Timing Or Carberation

how to set timming./ how to clean throttle body .check vacume advance . it has no power and fills like a miss on a cylinder. and smokes at first. what should the compression be. could a valve be stuck . it had a air leak and carb was dirty. i cleaned it a little and it ran a little better. it has 140000 ml on it i hope it does not need rings
