Had My Cedar Shake Roof Treated Chevron Clear Oil

Had my cedar shake roof treated by spaying on Chevron clear oil for cedar shakes. . Next day noted my gutters were discolored. Darker areas appeared scattered among the normal lighter color. The darker sections apparently were due to the oil. I don't know if the person spraying on the oil was careless and sprayed on the gutters in error. Anyway, if true can the affected areas be treated with some type of cleaner.
