Disappointing Approach From Chicco India

Hi I had mailed Chicco India and then had got a prompt call from them, wherein i had written regarding the feeding bottles, i had bought. (the Mail - I bought 2 feeding bottles from your ‘Wellbeing Line’ about 2 months back. Unfortunately the marking for measurement have disappeared already making it difficult to measure. The problem is not with cleaning it as I had bought another brand at the same time but the marking remains on them, hope you will take this into notice and get the same corrected as the bottles become redundant minus the markings) Then I had to write a 2nd mail (However as discussed with you, you had indicated that someone will be coming from the sales team to replace the same within the next 2-3 days. It’s been 5-6 days hence, but no one has come yet. Do let me know the status on the same. Thanks ) I am still waiting. its not that i desperatly want free stuff from you... but coming from a known company this does not go down well. its a loss of confidence RegardsRinu
