Charged For Cancelled Food Order
How can I get charges dropped on my credit card for food that was ordered and then cancelled (during the same phone call) when we found Chili's did not deliver?

Take these steps, as necessary. Skip any you've already tried:
- Talk to the local manager, preferably in person.
- Use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/Chili%27s/customer-service. If you phone, ask politely if necessary for a supervisor or manager.
- Use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/Chili%27s/Corporate%20Office.
- Complain to one of the applicable consumer agencies, as listed at https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/
