Need To Speak To Someone Live About My Account. Email Does Not Work

I subscribed to Christian Mingle yesterday at 7:30pm and received confirmation letting me know the money had been received from my account. However, I am still unable to respond to anyones emails, or even submit an email to the help desk, it simply tells me to subscribe, which I have already done. I have called the customer service number to speak to someone live, and still have not been able to reach anyone. I did not just pay $60 to not be able to use the account the website took money. I emailed them from my private email account, and still have not received a response from the 7days a week/ 24 hours a day service that is stated. Please have someone contact me, as this is very poor service and does not reflect well on this site.

Keep a record of your efforts, and if necessary promptly file a dispute with your bank.
