Radiator Cap Blew And Got Engine Wet. Now Wont Start.

There is a worse scenerio that is very possible also. The engine got hot enough that the radiater cap itself blew off. Thats not easy to do so the engine had to have gotten extremely hot. I would be surpised if there isn't internal damage. Loss of compression is a common problem from overheated engines and will definately cause a no start condition. An engine rebuild is the only cure for that problem as well as for other problems like locked up main bearings which is also likely and will cause the motor to not start or a cracked head steming from a blown head gasket which could have been the source of the overheating in the first place. Its hard to narrow it down without looking under your hood. If all else fails have a trusted mechanic look it over. I wish i had better news to give you.
