The Cisco WAP4410N is no longer supported by Cisco, so there are no firmware updates available for it. The latest firmware version for the WAP4410N is 2.0.7.4-K9.

If you are experiencing problems with your WAP4410N, you may want to try resetting it to factory defaults. To do this, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. This will erase all of the settings on the access point, including the firmware version.

Once the access point has been reset, you can try to configure it again. If you are still having problems, you may need to replace the access point.

Here are the steps on how to reset the Cisco WAP4410N to factory defaults:

Locate the reset button on the back of the access point.

Use a paperclip or other pointed object to press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds.

Release the reset button.

The access point will reboot and the lights will start flashing.

Once the access point has finished rebooting, it will be reset to factory defaults.

Once the access point has been reset, you can try to configure it again. To do this, you will need to connect to the access point's default wireless network. The default SSID and password are:

SSID: WAP4410N

Password: admin

Once you have connected to the access point's wireless network, you can open a web browser and navigate to the access point's management page. The default management IP address is:

192.168.1.245

Log in to the management page using the username "admin" and the password "admin". Once you are logged in, you can configure the access point's settings.

I hope this helps!
