I Have A Mobile Home With An New Additi, Tax Assement Is $67,500 For It And I

 I have a mobile home on .8 of an acer, tax assement is $67,500.00 ,i have put $30,000.00 in an addition,but am out of funds to finish,it is all bought and paid for, but would like to get $10,000.00 to finish it all .  How do i go about this when i dont have much credit, but there is plenty of equity in my place
