Ive Been On Hold For 35 Minutes
i have been trying to reach citi bank since the 12th your site says its availabe 24/7. An that isnt so. My account has been locked online and im not able to acces the funds my ex husband has deposited. I have major health issues and since my funds have been blocked im unable to purchase my medication. I havr high bp diabetes. And currently having kidney issues i have a doctora apointment tomorrow and am afriad i wont be able to make it. Im a single mother of one im unemployeed and am currently homeschooling my son. This us a hugr inconvenience for me right now.
