Why Is My 1 Year 'all-access-pass Membership With Classmates No Longer Valid?

I paid for a 1 year "All-Access-Pass" membership at ClassMates.Com/MemoryLane,Inc. on May 5, 2012. After 1 month my membership is No Longer Valid. On June 27, 2012, I wrote and sent a letter to them, explaining my dilemma and asking them to reinstate my membership. I attached the Confirmation/Thank you I received from ClassMates showing my membership paid until May 5, 2013. Additionally, I atached a print-out from my bank showing the debit paid to ClassMates. To date "(July 7, 2012)" my membership has not b een reinstated nor have I had any response or acknowledgement what-so-ever from ClasMates. Please help me to get this resolved.
